TMJ Disorders

Temporomandibular joint disorder, or TMD, is a condition that prevents the normal function of the temporomandibular joints.

TMD may cause headaches, clicking noises or tenderness in your jaw, and neck or shoulder pain, and can be caused by clenching and grinding your teeth, jaw damage, a bad bite, or stress.

TMD can be diagnosed with a thorough examination and x-rays from Wisdom. We will assess your TMJ disorder and prescribe a personal treatment plan, to help you look forward to a healthier, pain-free future.
